Sarah Lowe, Registered Kinesiologist

Sarah believes that being a kinesiologist doesn’t mean being immune to injury—it means knowing how to respond and recover. With a deep understanding of human movement and a personal connection to the athletic journey, she brings both expertise and empathy to her practice.

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. Her passion for exercise physiology and health education led her to pursue a career in kinesiology, where she could combine academic insight with hands-on care.

Currently, she’s expanding her knowledge of the strong connection between the mind and body by contributing to research studies examining the connection between physical activity and mental wellbeing, as well as how physical activity impacts people of varied backgrounds and their stress management.

Sarah works with clients of all backgrounds to help them manage pain, improve function, and return to the activities they love—whether that's training for a marathon or cooking a meal without discomfort. Her goal is to make movement accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable across all stages of life.

Outside the clinic, Sarah remains committed to an active lifestyle. Whether she’s running, cycling, paddleboarding, or sport climbing, she aims to move every day—and encourages her clients to find joy in movement too.
